Thank you for shopping at Maxnera. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The item must not be assembled, painted, or modified. Proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt is required.

Non-returnable items include assembled or painted model kits, used items, damaged items caused by the customer, clearance items, and gift cards.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team first so we can resolve the problem quickly. Most issues can be solved without opening a payment dispute.

Maxnera.com will provide shipping confirmation, tracking information, and order documentation when required by PayPal during dispute reviews.
